Interest Rates Hit Historic Lows

The El Paso Times reports interest rates hit 50 year low. FREDDIEMAC announced Thursday that 30 year fixed rates dropped to 4.57% this week,  from a previous 4.58%. This is the lowest rate since FREDDIEMAC began tracking rates in 1971.
